 Words from Ms. Lorie Huertas: Now is your chance to make a difference in Dowdell Middle Magnet School whether you are a parent, guardian, teacher or member of the community. I think school pride and spirit can be spread by PTSA. I would love to have Families joining together financially as well as contributing their time and energy to improve the school environment. PTSA funds help make things better; more money makes things better. Dances, fundraisers, awards, appreciation are Time and Money spent on and for the STUDENTS!. Our kids may not see it now, but later they will recognize that involved parents and guardians as well as community involvement add to the success of their school and therefore their future!
